Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• DEA preferred.
• Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.

• Provide high-quality primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.
• Focus on prevention, wellness, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain strong provider–patient relationships and deliver comprehensive care.

Job Requirements

• MD or DO Active state license required
• DEA preferred
• Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

• Pay Range: $125.00 - $144.00/hr
