Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Serve as a clinician within a multidisciplinary care team and supervise where applicable.
• Contribute to a high standard of patient care and uphold Concentra policies and procedures.
