Marathon Health is seeking physicians (MD/DO) with active state license for primary care roles across our network. Board certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics, CPR/BLS at start, and DEA preferred.
We offer smaller patient panels, longer visits, and a collaborative team to improve outcomes. Salary ranges from $120 to $140 per hour, with comprehensive benefits, parental leave, PTO, CME support, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

We provide high quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and reduced overall health costs.
