Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computers and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting patient responses.
• Applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas and laundering linens.
• Performing administrative tasks including patient intake, phone calls, and scheduling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
