• Excellent customer service and communication skills expected.
• Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patients.
• Assist and observe patients performing prescribed exercises; document responses.
• Apply basic treatments such as ice packs and heat pads.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and therapy areas; change and launder linens.
• Assist with patient intake, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
