LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA is seeking a Rehab Technician to support licensed therapists by performing nonprofessional therapy functions. You will assist in setup, cleaning, and maintenance of therapeutic equipment and may handle patient transport as needed.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) with 30 days to obtain. Preferred: Rehab Tech course or Certified Rehab Tech.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapist with nonprofessional therapy functions.
• Set up, clean, and maintain therapeutic equipment.
• Assist in patient transport and departmental clerical duties.
• Handle inventory maintenance and other assigned tasks.
