Job summary

ClearSky Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant for a PRN role serving Elwood, KS and St. Joseph, MO. You’ll work under a licensed Physical Therapist to help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability in a collaborative setting.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program, KS licensure prior to starting, and BLS/CPR certification. New grads are welcome to apply in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
• Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant required ( KS licensure to be established)
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• 1 year direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and outcomes.
• Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and communication of patient progress.
• Collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, efficient therapy environment following established protocols.
