Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver exemplary care to adult patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves hands-on patient care and collaboration with a dedicated therapy team at a facility located on the Near East side.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current or eligible for state license.
• Prefer active membership with the American Physical Therapy Association (not required).
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled direct patient care under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
