• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wounds; develop care plans aligned with standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments per plan and regulations.
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries compliant with regulations.
