Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Daytona Beach, FL. Earn up to $60/hour with a flexible schedule offering weekday and weekend hours.

As the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Daytona, you will work in the therapy gym delivering skilled PT services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and quality of life. A Florida PT license is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Support residents in regaining function and independence through skilled care.
