Job summary

The Springs of Brinkley—Brinkley, AR is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. You will evaluate and treat residents to regain strength, improve mobility, and promote independence.

Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting sessions, and educating residents and caregivers on safe movement and home exercise programs. Arkansas license required.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support overall recovery goals.
• Document therapy sessions and track resident progress.
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement techniques and home exercise programs.
