Job summary

HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility after illness or injury. You will work with physicians and the care team to create personalized plans, deliver interventions, and monitor progress, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Eligible candidates will be licensed in SC, have completed an accredited PT program, and hold a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding hospital values.
