Job summary

University Hospitals Parma Medical Arts is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation services in Parma, OH. You will evaluate and treat patients across the developmental and chronological ages on your caseload.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required, with Ohio licensure (or Multi-State Compact) and BLS within 90 days. You will participate in discharge planning, documentation, and coverage for PTO/LOA, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and conducts Physical Therapy program to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Directs patient participation to restore health.
• Performs evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Educates patient/family/caregiver on health information and prevention.
• Initiates and participates in discharge planning.
• Performs department tasks (documentation, billing, operations).
• Complies with policies and standards.
• Maintains PHI securely.
• Provide PTO/LOA coverage and staffing support.
• PRN Monday–Friday coverage.
