Concentra in Valencia, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to contribute to patient care within our occupational medicine rehabilitation program. You will perform supervisory duties, evaluate patients, and design therapy plans to improve motor function and daily living activities.

This role emphasizes collaboration with medical staff, compliant documentation, and ongoing professional development. Eligible candidates hold a PT degree, with preferred ortho-outpatient experience, and eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality patient care and evaluate musculoskeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Plan, design, implement and interpret physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient care and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
