• Reassesses and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Documents evaluations, plans, progress notes, and billing information clearly.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Operates therapy equipment safely and maintains a clean environment.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate competencies for all patient demographics.
