HealthPro Heritage in Massachusetts is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN opening at New Pond Village. You will assess mobility, plan and deliver therapies, educate patients and families, and document progress while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; capable of developing effective treatment plans.
• Physical requirements: Able to lift and assist patients; endurance to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment evaluating mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapies, educate patients and families on exercises and home routines.
• Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans with compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in team meetings.
