Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the PT care plan.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow policies and procedures related to PT scope of practice.
• Recognize priorities in patient care and respond with initiative.
• Complete required orientations and trainings timely.
