Job summary
PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida to join our Therapy Services team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat residents per the approved plan, document promptly, and ensure compliance with scope-of-practice policies.

Qualifications
- Valid PT license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; equivalence considered for foreign-trained applicants.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized PT care plan.
- Document and maintain records timely and accurately.
- Follow established policies related to scope of practice.
- Recognize and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
- Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings as directed by supervisor.
