Active In-Home Therapy is looking for a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a PRN position (not full-time), meaning you’ll work with us on an as-needed basis while enjoying flexible scheduling. You’ll be hired as a W-2 employee, not as an independent contractor. What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility aids, and safety strategies to promote independence.
