Job summary

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, a valid Texas license or temporary license, and a current BLS certification, with 1 year of licensed PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate PT program.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Required Texas PT license or temporary license.
• 1 year Licensed Physical Therapist experience.
