Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team. You will provide rehabilitative therapy to residents and patients, supported by an integrated care model and a caring, home-like environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program with a BS, and a valid PT license in the state. Weekend availability is required, and you will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a BS.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Availability to work weekends (PRN).

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents and patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
