Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to render professional physical therapy to assigned patients under the guidelines of the Practice of Physical Therapy Act. You will evaluate, plan, implement, and re-assess care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited program, current BLS, and a Texas license. Prior licensing and clinical experience are required, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and teamwork in a hospital

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Texas license or temporary Texas license.
• 1 year licensed PT required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement treatment.
• Perform evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing reassessment and discharge planning.
