Job summary

The Oaks at Lakewood in Lakewood, WA, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. We are a post-acute care facility serving long-term, short-term and geriatric outpatient clients.

We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive environment where PTAs at all experience levels, including new grads, can contribute to high-quality patient care and complete discharge summaries with guidance from our team.

Qualifications

• PTA license is required.
• Open to PTAs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and daily activities; document progress and discharge summaries.
