Job summary

Valparaiso Care & Rehab is part of American Senior Communities, and we are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist residents in a geriatric care setting. This PRN position offers a structured 9-month mentorship and opportunities to grow under experienced therapy leaders.

You will conduct thorough assessments, document changes, and collaborate with nursing and other teams to ensure holistic resident care. A valid Indiana PTA license is required.

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
