American Senior Communities, LLC seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek in Scottsburg, IN. The PTA assists with skilled care under the supervision of a registered physical therapist and supports services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings including home health, SNF, and outpatient care.

You will help develop treatment plans, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to case management while maintaining positive interactions with residents

PRN Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity at Lake Pointe Village and Hickory Creek at Scottsburg

The Physical Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies.
