Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality treatment for patients, resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
2. Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs, with assistance from the physical therapist.
3. Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques.
4. Discuss treatments with patients and record their conditions and responses after each visit.
5. Maintain communication with Physical Therapists, Directors, Rehab staff, and facility personnel.
6. Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
