Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress per medical regulations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

YOU MUST POSSESS A CA PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF RECEIVING ONE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION.

Wages - $45.00 to $50.00 per hour

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with medical regulations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff by adhering to health and safety protocols.
