Job summary

Afternoons preferred; 16-24 hours per week. Requires Doctoral/Professional PT degree, BLS, and a Texas license or temporary license, with at least 1 year of licensed PT experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Valid Texas PT license or temporary license is required.
• At least 1 year of licensed PT experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients.
• Evaluate, plan, implement and reassess patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Communicate clearly and build relationships with patients and staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and teamwork.
