Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our acute care team at the Sylacauga, AL location. You will provide evidence-based therapies, develop timely treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong patient engagement, and ongoing professional development through mentorship and our Orthopedic Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc).

Hospital/Clinic Address: 315 W Hickory St, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Qualifications & Pay Range

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Physical Therapist

Compensation

Pay Range: $55.00 an hour Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
