Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab care for acute patients at our Southeast facility, in a per diem capacity.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families to support safe discharge and optimal recovery, and document in the EMR.
