Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home‑care strategies
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Perform day‑to‑day management of the clinic
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
- Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems
- Participate in key metric setting and follow‑up with goals set with colleagues

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Manual dexterity, general strength, and endurance
- Lifting routine loads of 5–35 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, shoulder to overhead

- Pushing routine loads of 5–150 pounds on casters, runners or pulleys
- Sustaining a grip of 40–50 pounds for 1–2 minutes
- Guarding a lift load of 120–140 pounds
