Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate, driven certified physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. You will provide and direct physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication under physicians’ orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license to practice physical therapy.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and direct physical therapy services to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and related documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate care under physicians’ orders and ensure accurate patient records.
• Provide mentorship and support to new graduates as they learn and grow as therapists.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate, driven certified physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced PTs to apply for this position, as well as new graduates.

Bethany Ripon is located in lovely Ripon, California, where residents can enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The Bethany campus is warm, walkable, and beautiful. Its unique layout within the city of Ripon is within a short distance to many community resources. The resident population at the Bethany campus numbers around 400 living in multiple levels of care including apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and adult day services.

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• State license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of experience as a PT.
