OSR Physical Therapy in Arizona is seeking an on-call (PRN) Physical Therapist to support our eight valley locations during maternity leaves and other absences. You’ll provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic principles.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call PRN coverage for maternity leaves and absences.
• Deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care with 12 daily treatments of 40-minute sessions.
• Collaborate with clinic team to ensure smooth coverage across locations.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic principles.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
