The Therapy Department at our skilled nursing facility is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a PRN or part-time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care that address each resident's unique needs. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The Physical Therapist PT will establish and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan, as well as provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, progress, and long‑term functional outcomes.
