You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care that addresses each resident's unique needs. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The Physical Therapist PT will establish and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan, as well as provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, progress, and long‑term functional outcomes.
