Job summary

Arizona State Veterans' Home in Yuma seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans and revise care as directed by the physician.

Requires PT degree, active state license, and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to supervise PT Assistants and follow Functional Pathways policies is essential.

This per-diem position supports veterans with compassionate rehab in a dedicated team setting.
