Job summary

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is seeking a PRN Phlebotomist to join our Florence, SC team. The ideal candidate will have 250+ sticks for consideration and will draw blood, verify records, and prepare specimens for lab analysis.

Hourly pay is provided, with 8 scheduled weekly hours. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and BLS/CPR certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 250+ sticks experience required for consideration.
• BLS or CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Draws blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for analysis.
• Verify patient records and label specimens accurately.
• May perform finger sticks and assist with donor screening at blood bank.
