Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist to work at Franklin, WI. The role involves blood collection, specimen processing and providing excellent patient service at multiple sites. The schedule is PRN/Per Diem with hours as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma; preferred candidates have phlebotomy certification or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience and strong communication skills. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program, or 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Work Schedule

PRN/Per Diem position, hours will be "as needed" and the start and end times will vary.
