Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PA Pharmacist license (RPh).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (RPh) or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Experience with patients having complex medical and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications with proper labeling and instructions.
• Verify accuracy of prescriptions and check for potential drug interactions.
• Provide counseling to patients on medication usage and side effects.
