Job summary

Exceptional Community Hospital in Prescott is seeking a PRN Pharmacist who wants real clinical work on a schedule they control. You’ll cover the full pharmacy picture—from 24/7 emergency care through inpatient services—with EMR, bedside medication verification, and Omnicell.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist license.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Free-standing ED, micro hospital, or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and clarify medication orders across all therapeutic areas
• Support emergency codes with drug information and clinical guidance
• Monitor therapy and recommend alternatives to physicians
• Compound, label, and manage controlled substances
• Counsel patients and educate nursing staff
