Job Summary:

College Medical Center Phoenix (CMC Phoenix) is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team and support the Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Conduct of College Hospitals. The Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders, ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications, overseeing and mentoring pharmacy technicians, and supporting all aspects of daily pharmacy operations. This role requires reliability, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, which may include weekends and holidays, is required.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
