SYNERGY HomeCare of Conover in Claremont, NC is seeking a compassionate PRN Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to provide non-medical, one-on-one care at clients’ homes. You’ll assist with daily activities, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping, all while promoting safety and independence.

The ideal caregiver is dependable, trustworthy, and strong in communication, with reliable transportation and a heart for serving others.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical, one-on-one care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Attendant, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical, one-on-one care by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Promoting client safety, independence, and dignity

• Communicating with clients, families, and our office team

What We Offer

• $15.50–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
