Qualifications

• Reliable and responsible; punctual for shifts.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Experience in caregiving or Home Health Aide preferred, strong work ethic required.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Solid housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
• Professionalism with strong interpersonal communication and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Shift Coverage: Respond to shift call-outs and emergency coverage requests.
• Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Mobility Support: Help clients with walking and light movement.
• Daily Living Support: Prepare meals, light housekeeping, errands or shopping.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on schedule.
• Companionship: Provide engaging, respectful care during scheduled hours.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatch/admin regarding attendance and client updates.
