Job summary

Methodist Hospital Hill Country is seeking a PRN Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with physicians, and contributing to a high standard of care within our outpatient setting.

The position requires a PT license in Texas, a BLS certification within 30 days, and preferably 1+ year of Pelvic Floor Therapy experience. Two 8-hour shifts per week with potential for more shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy License issued by ECPTOTE Texas State Board.
• Prefer one or more years of Pelvic Floor Therapy experience in outpatient PT.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans with timely documentation of outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices for independence.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold organizational values.

Your role will include:

• Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors of Science, or higher degree from a university in Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy License issued by The Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (ECPTOTE) Texas State Board
• Prefer one or more years of experience in Pelvic Floor Therapy in an Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
