Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group in Central Florida seeks a PRN board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established team. The candidate should have an active Florida medical license and be able to supervise APs. Flexible shifts and outpatient coverage across 11 clinics are required.

Qualifications

• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure).
• Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if less than 3 years out of training).
• Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA-C).
• Proficiency with minor office-based procedures including, but not limited to: circumcisions, vaccinations per AAP guidelines, CLIA waived labs.

Responsibilities

• Shared practice call coverage for evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including early morning and/or evening hours, to support patient access and practice needs.
• Ability to provide outpatient coverage across any of our 11 clinic locations in Central Florida.
• Per diem position.
