Job summary

Pediatric Speech Lab LLC in Maryland is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-clinic team October through December. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an SLP looking to supplement hours, gain pediatric experience, or balance another position.

You will provide in-person therapy for pediatric clients, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and Maryland licensure required.
• Experience with pediatric populations and collaborative teams recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized speech and language therapy in our clinic.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document each child's progress.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and other clinical team members.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical meetings and team collaboration as needed.
• Use evidence-based practices to support each child's communication goals.
• Help create a positive, encouraging, and fun clinic environment.
