Job summary

First Day Homecare® is seeking a skilled RN for PRN home healthcare in Michigan. You will perform skilled nursing functions under physician orders, deliver patient-centered care, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, compliant services.

Responsibilities include applying nursing assessments, administering medications, documenting care, and communicating clearly with families. A valid MI RN license and CPR are required; weekly pay and 1:1 client care are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Nurse Practice Act and orders.
• Delivers care per client care plan and practitioner orders.
• Maintains and documents changes in the client medical record.
• Administers medications and monitors client conditions.
• Coordinates care with the client’s care team.
• Promotes safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
• Complies with agency policies and standards.
• Participates in care coordination and agency meetings.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
