Southern Caregivers is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home personal care in the Hot Springs area. No PCA experience? Free PCA training is provided to help you qualify.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily activities, ensure safety at home, and support clients to stay independent. Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are offered to help you thrive in this important role.

Position Overview

As a caregiver, you will provide essential in-home personal care services that allow clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance
• Toileting and dressing assistance
• Positioning and transferring
• Mobility support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Laundry
• Companionship

Requirements:

• Willingness to complete free PCA training (if not already certified)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate attitude
• EXPERIENCE WITH WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH AUTISM IS A PLUS! We do have other job postings available that do not require experience working with Autism.
