Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day in states where applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to work with modified diets (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivers and presents patient trays using the standard process.
• Prepares salads, sandwiches, vegetables, and fruit following standard recipes.
• Follows standardized Nutrition Services practices for dining experience and meal delivery.
• Performs housekeeping duties including cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and equipment cleanup.
• Handles cash/credit transactions accurately and resolves basic customer service issues.
