Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking dependable PRN Paramedics to join our growing EMS team serving Ohio. You will provide Advanced Life Support care during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled transports as the clinical lead on your unit.

This flexible, as-needed role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to protocols, and high-quality patient care while supporting EMTs and maintaining compliant operations across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice
• Lead and support EMT partners
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance

Position Summary
